with your request and Include your NAME, MAILING
ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS and your MEMBERSHIP FOI ID number.
NO EXCEPTIONS! You must include this information. Upon
verification you will receive by email a link to download the
files you have requested.
Please note: These files are as accurate as possible,
current as of August 16th 2000 and will be updated as soon as
possible. If there is an error on your listing or it needs updating
please send me the correct information.
If you are a new member you may send me your
information by direct email. Do not send to egroups. Please
send your name (s) your complete mailing address, phone number,
assigned ID # if you have received it, coach type and date your
two year membership dues were paid. Note: This does not intitle
you to download the membership list untill you have been verified.
ALL information contained on these
